Connect your MSG91, Gupshup, Meta Cloud, Interakt, or WATI account to Google Sheets. Send 50 or 5,000 messages with one click. Watch delivery status fill into your sheet, row by row.
Your customer list lives in a spreadsheet. Your WhatsApp tools live somewhere else. Copy-paste between them is slow, error-prone, and gives you no visibility into who actually received your message.
Three steps. No new dashboard to learn.
Install the add-on once. It appears under Extensions in every sheet that has phone numbers in a column.
Choose an approved WhatsApp template. Map sheet columns to message variables — names, order IDs, dates, anything.
Status, sent-at, delivered-at, read-at, and failure reasons populate in your sheet as messages flow through your provider.
Everything you need to run WhatsApp campaigns from a sheet. Nothing you don't.
We don't become a BSP. Keep your existing MSG91, Gupshup, Meta Cloud, Interakt, or WATI account. They charge you for messages directly.
Map sheet columns to template variables. Send {{name}} or {{order_id}} resolved per row. Header media works too — same image for everyone, or different image per row.
Status, Sent At, Delivered At, Read At, Failed Reason — all populate in your sheet as messages move through the network. No dashboard refresh required.
Inbound STOP and UNSUBSCRIBE replies create opt-outs automatically. Future sends skip those recipients. WhatsApp Business Policy compliant by design.
Create, submit, and delete WhatsApp templates from the sidebar. No round-trip to your provider's dashboard. We sync approval status from Meta and email you when it changes.
No dashboards to learn. No marketing fluff. No upsells. Just a sidebar that does one thing well — built like a Braun appliance.
We're not trying to replace your WhatsApp provider. We're the bridge between your sheet and the account you already pay for.
Daksend is built by Singlemonkey Solutions, a small product studio in Hyderabad, India. We used Daksend internally for several months before launching it. We don't resell your data, we don't run ads, and we don't sell to enterprises with 90-day procurement cycles. We sell calm software to people who'd rather work in spreadsheets than dashboards.
Simple and predictable. No usage tiers, no per-message margins.
One price for the convenience of sending WhatsApp messages from inside Google Sheets. Your provider (MSG91, Gupshup, Meta, etc.) charges you separately for messages at their published per-message rate.
Plans launching soon. Reach out for early-access pricing.
Get pricingNo. Daksend works on top of your existing BSP. We support MSG91 today, with Gupshup, Meta Cloud, Interakt, and WATI on the roadmap. You connect your provider account once; everything else is in the sheet.
MSG91 at launch. Gupshup, Meta Cloud API, Interakt, and WATI are on the roadmap and prioritized by customer demand. If you need a specific provider, email us — we're happy to bump priority.
Encrypted at rest in Singapore (Render Postgres). Provider credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never logged. Sheet contents transit through our servers only during sends — we don't keep a copy of your spreadsheet.
Yes. Daksend will be available on the Google Workspace Marketplace once verification completes (in progress). Until then, install via direct invite.
Yes, from the Daksend dashboard. WhatsApp Business Policy compliance is your responsibility, but we make all the underlying data accessible — opt-outs, delivery records, message history — so you can audit, export, and migrate if you need to.
No. If you can use Google Sheets and have an account with a WhatsApp Business Provider, you can use Daksend. The sidebar walks you through provider connection, template selection, and sending.
The WhatsApp Business app is for one-to-one conversations. Daksend is for sending the same message (with per-recipient personalization) to a list of contacts in a sheet — what's known as a "broadcast" or "campaign". This requires the WhatsApp Business API, not the consumer app.
